Version 0.7.3 is available

A few days ago we have released new patchlevel version 0.7.3. The patchlevel closes all known issues in previous version 0.7.2 and it is recommended that you upgrade your deployments, especially if you have Linux devices as those are most likely to upgrade to newer version of curl soon.

Among bugfixes (see below), there are also a few new things to be pointed out:

  • Reduced number of flash writes. Useful if you have router devices with flash memory (e.g. Advantech v2 and v2i devices).
  • Support deployment domains containing dash symbol in domain name
  • Support for licenses version 2.
  • Support for newer curl version (7.88.0+)
    • Please note that there were some changes introduced in the version 7.88.0 that render the curl no longer work when exchanging data with the MAMAS server in default settings (probably due to drop of some ciphers for HTTP 1.0 when combined with SSL)
  • Improved agent upgrade process, supporting upgrade for the router UI as well.
  • Minor things like reduced error logging, improved installation process etc. see About -> Release Notes

Notable fixes:

  • (potential) Webtunnel running on agent is now correctly stopped on agent uninstall. (Could have been kept running before)
  • Support long IPv6 addresses for device interfaced (up to now, such interfaces were not processed/shown)
  • Fix port number when restoring MAMAS from backup with non-default ssh port.
